1:1 Support - Self-Understanding & Confidence Development

 

A course designed to help young people better understand themselves, building confidence and self-awareness.

​

Covering areas such as Autism, ADHD, sensory needs, emotional regulation and masking, it supports young people to reflect on their experiences and advocate for their needs.

Sensory play session

Neurodivergent Kids

Creating a space where neurodivergent children can feel safe, supported, understood and free to be themselves.  The group offers crafts, games and a calm sensory space for exploration at the end of the school day.

For ages 7–11 | Twice monthly

Tailored Support sessions

One-to-one support designed around each young person’s needs. Helping neurodivergent young people explore their strengths, understand their needs and build a positive sense of identity.

Sessions are shaped to the individual, offering a safe space to talk, reflect and grow.

Sensory Sessions

Designed with neurodivergent children in mind, each session offers hands-on sensory experiences, including tactile play and sensory motor activities.

Smaller group sizes allow children to explore a calm, tailored sensory space.
